What is the ESNAD Graduate Development Program?
The ESNAD Graduate Development Program at ESNAD is a strategic training initiative aimed at developing and preparing recent Saudi graduates to work in the mining sector and regulatory oversight. The program spans one full year and combines hands-on experience, rotational assignments, field visits, and personal skill development to equip participants for successful career paths in the industry.
Who is the target audience for the program?
The program targets graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Mining Engineering Graduates
- Industrial Engineering Graduates
- Management Information Systems (MIS) Graduates
- Eligibility requirements:
- A minimum GPA of 3 out of 4 or 4 out of 5
- Applicants must not have graduated more than two years ago (graduates of 2023 and later are accepted)
- A minimum score of 5 in the IELTS test or an equivalent English proficiency certificate

What are the stages a trainee goes through during the program?
Participants will undergo several developmental stages throughout the program, including:
- Preparatory Phase: Assessment and selection process
- Orientation and Rotational Assignments: Across key departments such as Finance, HR, Quality, and Corporate Services
- Technical Training: In mining compliance and licensing procedures
- Field Visits: To mining sites for practical exposure
- Short Training Courses: Focused on building soft and interpersonal skills
- Applied Projects: Delivered in two phases during the program
- Training trip outside the Kingdom.
